Reiki
Reiki training to practitioner level is delivered within the Stress Centre. This consists of two parts: Reiki 1 and Reiki 2.Programme of Activities
Reiki 1 is delivered over 2 days where participants will learn the principals and theory of Reiki, the hand positions, have an attunement and time to practice the techniques. Candidates then have 6 case studies and an assessment to complete before receiving their Reiki 1 certificate and progressing to Reiki 2 if they wish to.
Reiki 2 is then delivered over a further 2 days where participants will learn the Reiki symbols, distant and absent healing and have further time to practice these new skills. After completing a further assessment candidates will receive a Practitioners Certificate.
