Relaxation
Relaxation Programme of Activities is the basis of all complementary therapies, to become deeply relaxed and experienced in relaxation allows our bodies time to self heal and our minds to be more open to positive affirmations.
This course runs for 10 weeks, for an hour each week. It is mainly practical methods of teaching relaxation techniques, to be followed through and used at home.
Relaxing atmosphere, soothing voice, music and essential oils, all complement the
session allowing us to drift away leaving everything behind and enjoying total peace.
